QUALITY POLICY

Industrias FEU S.L., an organization dedicated to the manufacture of replacement parts for industrial vehicle suspensions, has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard to improve the service it provides to its customers.

The Management of Industrias FEU S.L.. focuses on the Quality System as a way to organize the operations of Industrias FEU S.L. based on basic pillars such as product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of the System’s effectiveness. To this end, the Industrias FEU S.L. Quality Management System is based on:

• Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all members of Industrias FEU S.L., starting from the top.

• Quality is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing, and improving the Management System, always keeping in mind the organization’s internal and external context.

• Quality is oriented toward the satisfaction of all our customers (and stakeholders), through the commitment of the entire organization to meet their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, and those of our products.

• Quality is based on continuous improvement in both production and service delivery processes, as well as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, where error prevention is a fundamental aspect.

• Quality directs us to pay the utmost attention to technological developments and the potential improvements that new technologies make available to us.

• Senior management is committed to integrating sustainability with the business strategy, establishing clear objectives and determining options related to environmental performance.
